  changed, regardless of reboots. It is changed by bootstrap-console.

- Mail is sent to the admin user after a tape restore indicating
  success or failure.
- mysql tables are dumped to /home/e-smith prior to network backup.
- Calculation of tarsize handles negative values sensibly.
