Update based on rpmforge 2.3.3 (currently in use)

1 slords 1.1 As of rsync 3, rsync reused the -e option to pass protocol information
2     from the client to the server. We therefore cannot reject all -e
3     options to rsync, only ones not sent with --server or containing
4     something other than protocol information as an argument.
